FONTESSA(VENETO, ITALY) Fresh and fruity Prosecco with aromas of citrus and green apple. The palate has ripe grapey characters zesty acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.

DOMAINE HAMELIN (BOURGOGNE, FRANCE) A classic nose of green apples, hawthorn, with a hint of fresh mown meadow, a wonderful crisp, dry flavor with an excellent balance between fruit and minerality. Crisp on the palate while displaying good depth of flavor, and a long, dynamic finish.

EMILE BEYER (ALSACE, FRANCE) A dry, delicately fruity wine. It has a bouquet of great finesse with citric nuances and a distinct mineral character. Riesling is the signature varietal of Alsace and proceduces some of the region’s finest wines.

VILLA MARIA (MARLBOROUGH, NEW ZELAND) Intense and alive with a myriad of flavors dominated by gooseberry, passionfruit, fresh citrus, melon and herbaceous aromas. DOMAINE REVERDY DUCROUX (LOIRE, FRANCE) Bright yellow color, bouquet of white and yellow fruits mixed with citrus fruits. Well-balanced on the palate, with undertones of mature fruitiness and a juicy Sauvignon grape finish.

SUSANA BALBO (MENDOZA, ARGENTINA) Crisp, refreshing and aromatic, with a bouquet of citrus fruits, passion fruit, lychee and white flowers. Lively acidity, a hint of creaminess and a long, mineral finish add depth and balance to the palate.

CAMILLE DE LABRIE (LADAUX, FRANCE) Showcases a beautiful golden yellow color. On the nose, it gives notes of peach, apple, and honey with undertones of fresh citrus. Those flavors continue on to the palate, with its balanced acidity.

ANCORA (PAVIA, ITALY) A fresh, dry white with gentle floral and citrus aromas. Crisp and delicate on the palate with lightly honeyed fruit balanced by lemony acidity, some minerality and a fresh, dry finish.

Riesling (WASHINTON, USA) White peach, mandarin orange and apricot are delivered with a core of minerality that makes this dry Riesling shimmer with energy and freshness. Well matched with Sushi and fish appetizers.

WIDEBERG (WESTERN CAPE, SOUTH AFRICA) Tropical fruit on the nose with pear notes. Crispy acidity with a waxy texture and hints of citrus and lychee. Fresh mandarin tang on the palate with a bright juicy finish.

BAGLLIO DI GRISI(SICILY, ITALY) The bouquet conveys hits of citrus fruits, crusty bread and fleshy yellow fruit such as apricots. The taste is full-bodied and well-structured, with a well-balanced acidity and mineral finish

CASTELLO DI TASSAROLO (PIEMONTE, ITALY) No added sulphites, vegan, biodynamic. Opens with aromas of spring wildflowers and white stone fruit. On the palate, crispy acidity accompanies honeydew, citrus and a honeyed almond note.

DOMAINE DE VEDILHAN (IGP PAYS D’OC, FRANCE) A wonderfully tropical, sunny style of Sauvignon Blanc. Tropical fruit, citrus, slightly honeyed, with hints of flint on the nose. The palate has lots of peach, guava, other stone fruit and fruit pastilles with good palate weight.

HÂTEAU LAUZADE (COTÊS DE PROVENCE, FRANCE) Brilliant and salmon-hued, it offers lovely aromatics of crushed red berries, guava and fragrant hint of Turkish delight! A fresh minerality and citrusy finish infuses a juicy and generous palate.

DELICATA (MALTA) Grenache-Cabernet is a delightful, aromatic dry rosé blend. This delicious slightly spicy rosé tastes of strawberry fresh red summer fruits and shows real regional character.

BAGLIO DI GRISI (SICILY, ITALY) Deep red with an intense bouquet of a ripe black cherry and fresh red berry fruits. Intense on the palate with an imposing but well balanced structure and pleasant, long-lasting tannins.

TORRE A CONA (TOSCANA, ITALY) Intense ruby red with well-integrated leather, tobacco and spice aromas. This striking wine envelops the palate, eliciting savory flavors, refined tannins and refreshing acidity.

MARIO MARENGO (PIEMONTE, ITALY) Pretty cherry and currant aromas and flavors ply the dense texture in this lively, well-defined red, which shows excellent balance and energy, with floral, mineral and tobacco notes joining in and persisting on the complex finish.

ANCORA (D’ABRUZZO, ITALY) Plenty of fruit balanced by structure and a supple body. In the nose, aromas of plum and subtle spices. Fresh on the palate, with red fruit and blackberry flavours and herbal notes, finishing off with chocolate notes.

SAINT-ÉMILION (BORDEAUX, FRANCE) Deep in color, this 100% Merlot is all about the rich, silky textures, polished tannins, freshness, and the ripe, plush, plummy, mineral-driven finish with that touch of dark chocolate, spice and earth in the endnote.

RULLO DI NOHA (PUGLIA, ITALY) Notes of cherry compote and carob sit alongside floral notes of violet, spicy notes of vanilla and toasted cocoa. The palate is dry, with gentle tannins. The finish is well balanced with good structure and a chocolate note at the end.

LE VIGNETI DI ETTORE (VENETO, ITALY) Fresh and fruity, red cherry, black cherry, and raspberry notes, with coffee and pepper in the background. Dry on the palate, with a good acidity that confers freshness and makes the wine very drinkable. Medium-bodied, well-balanced by a fresh acidity.

DELICATA (MALTA) A full bodied, fruit packed wine with blackcurrant flavors. This barrel matured, robust wine has good length and an elegant finish.
